This Statement describes:
To quickly understand how we collect and use your personal information, refer to Personal Information Collected by WeMeeting. Below is a detailed description about how we collect and use your personal information. To provide you with WeMeeting services, we collect some of the information and data submitted or generated when you use this Application including:
1.1 We collect the information, such as the nickname, meeting title, meeting description, and host and guest passwords that you directly provide to us when you join a meeting through the WeMeeting client or a web browser.
1.2 To ensure normal service operations, we collect basic information about your device, such as the device brand, model, OS, unique device identifier (Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, OAID, ICCID, GAID, MEID, SN, IDFA, and IDFV), WeMeeting client version number, network access mode and type, and operation log information, depending on the specific permissions granted by you during the installation and use of our software. This information must be collected in order to provide services for you. When the network changes, device information, IP addresses, Wi-Fi information (Wi-Fi status), and audio and video device information (speaker status and camera status) are collected.
1.3 When you use services from this Application, we collect the IP address of your device in order to connect your device to our server. Note that we will be unable to offer services in cases where such data is not provided. We collect your wireless network and connection status, as well as confirmation that you are authorized to connect to the service and its network.
1.4 You can enable the camera for video meetings and the microphone for audio meetings. During the use of these functions, we, as the trustee of the meeting host, will collect and process your information. We will collect your audio and video streams and forward these streams to other attendees during screen sharing at your discretion. Audio and video data will not be retained on the server, unless cloud recording is enabled. When you share your screen (including visuals and audio), you can annotate the screen and save screenshots, or save the whiteboard images. These will only be stored on your local device.

After the recording is complete, we will collect the recording title, scheduler, start time, duration, and file size to generate recording information. The recording and the generated file will be encrypted and stored on our server. If you are attending a meeting that someone else is recording, you will receive a recording notification. If you do not wish to be recorded, you can turn off your microphone and camera or exit the meeting.
1.7 Local access to your clipboard for the meeting ID, password, and link is needed to enable functions and services such as joining a meeting and sharing meeting information. Only commands for joining a meeting or sharing meeting information on the clipboard are identified locally. Your clipboard information will not be uploaded to the server.
1.8 Virtual Background: You can enable or disable the virtual background function during a meeting. To enable the virtual background function, you need to grant us the camera and storage permissions. The virtual background image you added and video streams captured by the local camera will be combined and displayed to attendees in the meeting.
